I would like my banner to be like my club penguin picture on both sides and in the middle in bold black letters write Luigi’s Cp Cheats and in the background have fire covering the entire background (hope that makes sense)

Ok, but instead of making it like that when you insert the header crop it and it will work nut if it doesn’t then tell me.
It says the file doesn’t meet the security guidelines can you fix the header so it’s 904 x 160
Oh I know here are the instructions.
Save the image as a PNG/JPG/GIF Image. I am familiar with this. It says “Image doesn’t match security Guidelines.
If that still doesn’t work then I will change it.
